APK Advisors, LLC (“APK”) was founded in March 2021 by Angela Della Universita. APK is a full service advisory firm specializing in integrity monitoring, accounting, construction auditing, risk mitigation, and compliance auditing. Mrs. Della Universita has 15 years of professional experience and is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Fraud Examiner, and Certified Construction Auditor.

Prior to forming APK, Mrs. Della Universita worked in the industry where she provided these services to private owners/developers and public agencies such as Port  Authority of New York and  New Jersey, the Metropolitan  Transit Authority, the New York City  Housing Authority, NYC Department of 

Investigation, and New Jersey Transit.

She has worked on major capital construction projects in New York and New Jersey related to procurement and construction fraud, M/W/DBE compliance, prevailing  wage reviews, and payroll reviews. Some of these projects include Newark Terminal One Redevelopment Program, LaGuardia Airport Central Terminal  Building Project, New York City Transit Hurricane Sandy grant programs, the  NYCHA Bond-B Program, and the CARES Act for Middlesex County NJ. 

Mrs. Della Universita began her career working for the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) where she performed regulatory and compliance reviews of various member organizations.
